"We had a persistent leak in the upstairs and ground floor sliding aluminium doors which had not resolved with several plumbers and door specialist. Adrian leak tested the areas and identified the underlying issues to resolve these problem areas. He also replaced decking and rotten weatherboards. A high quality job from a skilled team.

Adrian Barry was the builder of choice for us for our two storey home in Bullengarook. From the early drawings of the new build Adrian took responsibility and control for the overall job which we had the good fortune of being able to watch from our existing home on site. Adrian owned the entire project, from the pouring of the concrete slab we then watched as he meticulously and methodically built the frame, the staircase and all the cabinetry with precision cabinet maker skills. He oversaw all contractors that did blockwork, plumbing, roofing, electrical, tiling, painting and was always held in high regard by all contractors on site for providing clear instructions and direction. All this took place during the height of lockdown due to COVID 19, which added a layer of pressure and difficulty.
Adrian always took time to check in with us as the owners where it was necessary to make decisions on any new or unforeseen elements of the build and took time to explain particulars and any consequences our decisions may have. We both thoroughly enjoyed working with Adrian and importantly we are extremely satisfied with the finished product which is of a high quality and completely finished down to every final detail.
We highly recommend Adrian Barry as a builder and would have no hesitation calling upon him should we ever build again.
